ENGAGE & EXCEL: THE CUSTOMER-FACING EXECUTIVE PROGRAMME
TalentCorp MyMAHIR programme is a 2-months structured training initiative designed to prepare unemployed individuals for customer-facing roles. Upon completion of the training, participants will be matched with potential employers to support their entry into the workforce. The programme is focused on uncovering potential rather than solely measuring current capability.
Through structured training modules, participants will develop relevant knowledge, personal growth, technical skills, and soft skills – all of which are critical for success in customer-facing positions. Additionally, participants will gain practical insights into self-marketing and personal branding, which will enhance their overall marketability and employability.

General Eligibility Requirements:
- Malaysian citizen
- Aged between 18 and 35 years old
- Possess a minimum qualification of SPM/SPMV/SKM or higher
- Currently unemployed
- Fluent in English and/or Bahasa Melayu. Proficiency in additional languages is an advantage
- Have not previously participated in any government-funded employment initiatives (e.g. MySTEP, PROTÉGÉ, K-Youth)
- Possesses strong interest towards being employed in selected industry.

Cohort Intake Schedule:
Cohort 1: Enrollment in November 2025

What is covered under this programme?
- Training fees for soft skills, communication and customer service.
- Attendance allowance (for both physical and online training).
- During physical training:
- Accommodation
- 3 meals (Breakfast, lunch and tea time)
Are there any additional fees?
No. There are no fees required to join this programme.
Do I need to sign a contract/agreement?
Yes. Participants are required to sign an official agreement with Efficient Frontier Consulting.
Is attendance mandatory?
Yes. Full attendance is mandatory for all participants. The training will be conducted in hybrid mode (physical + online).
Physical sessions will be held in Klang Valley area.
