The Train-the-Trainer (TTT) programme is designed to develop your competencies in training delivery, session planning, competency-based training, and learner assessment all aligned with HRD Corp standards.

Upon completion, you’ll receive an HRD Corp Train-the Trainer Certificate, enabling you to deliver training more effectively and professionally.

If you're thinking about attending the "Train the Trainer" class, definitely check out the class offered by Efficient Frontier Consulting under Coach Perez! It is highly recommended. The 5-day course didn’t feel overwhelming at all. The modules were presented really well by Coach Perez, with great assistance from Haziq and Syamil. By the end of the class, I could actually put most of the things (if not all) I learned into practice for final presentation. There were tonnes of fun activities and laughs to keep things exciting. You will forget about scrolling your phone and honestly the session felt more like a fun getaway. Coach Perez really knows how to engage everyone and make sure you get the most out of the training. It is a great example of andragogy that every trainer should definitely master!
