K-Youth is a youth employability initiative by Khazanah Nasional Berhad that aims to develop Malaysia’s future talents. This programme is designed to equip youth with relevant skills to enhance their employability in the evolving job market.

K-Youth reflects our commitment to fostering innovation, creativity, and entrepreneurship as part of our Malaysia strategy anchored on “A Nation that Creates” framework of capacity and community development. This is aligned with our Advancing Malaysia long-term strategy and the Malaysia MADANI aspirations, which meaningfully contributes to the country’s economic growth.

General Eligibility Requirements:

  1. Malaysian;
  2. Aged 16 to 30 years old as of 31 December 2025;
  3. SPM/SPMV/SKM or universities and college graduates with a recognised Certificate/Diploma/Degree;
  4. Unemployed;
  5. Meets the specific eligibility requirements set for each certification programme;
  6. Have not participated in any programmes similar to the K-Youth Development Programme; and
  7. Possesses strong interest towards being employed in selected industry.

Efficient Frontier Consulting Sdn Bhd (“EFC”) has been made aware of unauthorised individuals and/ or organisations

  1. falsely using the EFC name and impersonating EFC employees/ agents on social media platforms and messaging apps, and
  2. publishing misleading information and claiming to recruit participants for the K-Youth Development Programme (“K-Youth”), a Khazanah Nasional Berhad initiative.

These fraudulent schemes and misleading information are forms of phishing attacks and confidence tricks, attempting to unlawfully acquire personal data, including bank account details and identification documents, and/or money from members of the public.

We take this matter very seriously and wish to alert the public to protect you from these fraudulent activities.

EFC stresses that:

  • EFC only accepts applications to the K-Youth programme through the official registration form listed on our official website https://efficient-consulting.com/course/k-youth-development-programme-2025/  
  • Applications to the EFC K-Youth programme are only accepted followed by the link provided. Any other link is not genuine.
  • EFC does not accept applications via social media platforms like WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook etc.
  • EFC does not accept applications through agents, recruiters, or other individuals that uses any forms other than – https://bit.ly/kyouth_efc_aero (aviation), https://bit.ly/kyouth-efc-auto (automotive), https://bit.ly/kyouth-efc-semicon (semiconductor), and https://bit.ly/kyouth-efc-machine (machinery and equipment)
