Haji Mohamad Fairus bin Shidi is the Director – Talent Development of Efficient Frontier Consulting Sdn. Bhd. He holds a LL.B (Hons.) degree from the University of Nottingham, United Kingdom. He has been in the people development arena since 1992, when he started as Training Executive at one of the largest life insurance companies in Malaysia.
Fairus is a Certified Associate Coach from International Coaching Federation (ICF). He is also a HRD Corp Accredited Trainer; a Certified Training Professional from the American Society of Training and Development (ASTD) and a Certified Trainer under the Skim Latihan Dual Nasional (SLDN).
Fairus lists his training session for our national athletes in the Kem Jaya 98 for the Commonwealth Games 1998 as his most memorable achievement. Some of the athletes in the session went on to win medals in the Games, while some have made their marks in other ventures long after the Games had ended.
Fairus has been invited to train in organizations in Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, Thailand and Oman. Among some of the organizations that he has trained include Institut Bank-bank Malaysia; Institut Tadbiran Awam Negara (INTAN); CIMB-AVIVA Assurance Berhad; Petronas Dagangan Berhad; BASF Asia-Pacific Service Centre Sdn. Bhd.; Syarikat Takaful Malaysia Berhad; Exim Bank Berhad; Tenaga Nasional Berhad; Halal Industry Development Corporation and Kementerian Kesihatan Malaysia.
Fairus also contributed towards the development of the nation’s future leaders, through his involvement in the Programme Latihan Khidmat Negara (PLKN). As the Senior Master Coach, he trained more than 1,000 trainers for the Program Integrasi under the Modul Kenegaraan. Fairus has also appeared as a guest speaker on a series of motivational talk show on TV2, in the “Live, Love, Laugh” series, and in the Selamat Pagi Malaysia programme on TV1.
Suhaina Sulaiman is an Associate Trainer Consultant of Efficient Frontier Consulting with over 15 years training experience in the private and public sectors.
Suhaina has a Master in Human Sciences (Psychology) and Degree in Business Administration from International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM). Suhaina specializes in the areas of personal development, team building, sales, customer services and computer skills. She is also a Certified Trainer for the National Dual Training System (SLDN) under Jabatan Pembangunan Kemahiran, Kementerian Sumber Manusia.
At EON Bank, Suhaina trained senior managers, managers, executives and support staff in the areas of sales, customer service and information technology. Prior to that, as a consultant at Multicentric Technology Sdn Bhd and Silverlake System Sdn Bhd, she was involved in the training and system development of various projects at Bank Islam Malaysia Bhd, Bank Negara Malaysia, MAS, Sabah DID and Institute of Engineers Malaysia.
Suhaina also contributes towards the development of the nation’s future leaders, through her involvement in the Programme Latihan Khidmat Negara (PLKN). As the Master Trainer, she has trained a total of close to 700 trainers for the Program Integrasi under the Modul Kenegaraan.
Suhaina employs a multitude of training methodologies including online learning tools in the training sessions that she conducts.
